Services Available for our Students
For students who are not commuting daily and need to remain in Millet while attending classes, everything you need is available. Full services are available including two campgrounds, a 60 acre nature and recreation park, second hand stores, clothing and souvenirs shops, as well as a dental office.
The Central Alberta Bicycle School is located very close to three cities, Edmonton, Leduc and Wetaskiwin, where the capital city of Edmonton, with a population of over one million, is only a forty minute drive north of the classroom. The City of Leduc, which is only twenty minutes drive north of Millet, have all services, this includes the City of Wetaskiwin located a mere fifteen minutes south of the classroom.

Accommodations
Pipestone Motel (Millet) - Weekly rates are available for students. They offer a single room with twin bed, refrigerator, and wifi, common washroom, and common kitchen. A larger room is also available with queen bed, and kitchenettes. Booking can be made by calling 780-387-4000. Check availability within two weeks of arrival. This motel is located six blocks from the school.
CABS Associate Residence - Private residence of Mr. Douglas Morris (Millet, AB.) Student Rate $50/Night, Full Breakfast or Packed Lunch ($10), Call: 780-907-1226- Millet Lions Memorial Campground - Great for those classes held between the spring to fall. A full service campground for students who like to RV it. Washrooms, 50 Amp power pull through sites. Two minute bike ride to the school.
Travelodge by Wyndham (Wetaskiwin) - Weekly rates are available for students. Located on Highway 2A, North Wetaskiwin. This places the student within a 15 minute drive to the classroom. Free-WiFi, Free Breakfast, Low Rates. Newer building (2012).

Learn About our Bicycle Repairs & Wheel Building and Truing Course
The Central Alberta Bicycle School offers three courses to a path for the CABS Certificate of Completion. Starting with Bicycle Assembly and Maintenance, the student moves onto Professional Bicycle Repair and Diagnosis and completes the course learning how to build and true bicycle wheels.
