The upcoming course, Service Writing in a Professional Bicycle Shop, will equip current and future staff with the essential skills needed to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting overall shop success. Participants will learn how to bridge technical mechanical knowledge with clear, professional communication that builds customer trust and drives sales.
Course Highlights
This practical, easy-to-follow program will cover:

The training is ideal for bicycle shop owners, service managers, mechanics, and CABS graduates preparing to work in or open their own professional bike shops. It focuses on creating a positive customer experience while contributing to the long-term growth and profitability of the business.
