School Celebrates Five Graduates of Professional Bicycle Mechanic Program

Central Alberta Bicycle School (CABS) is proud to announce the successful completion of its intensive Professional Bicycle Mechanic Program by five students from across Alberta. The three-week program — designed to deliver practical, industry-ready skills — combines four focused courses: Bicycle Assembly & Maintenance (BAM) CABS-100, Bicycle Repair & Diagnosis (BRD) CABS-200, Wheel Building & Wheel Truing (WBT) CABS-300, and Electric Bicycle Diagnostics (EBD) CABS-400. Graduates came to CABS from Sherwood Park, Red Deer, and Edmonton, bringing diverse backgrounds and a shared commitment to professional development in bicycle mechanics.

Congratulations to two new CABS Graduates

The Central Alberta Bicycle School proudly recognizes the outstanding achievements of two students who have successfully completed the our program in Bicycle Assembly and Maintenance, as well as Professional Wheel Building and Truing. Bill Blinn of Beaumont, Alberta, and Wade Melnyk of Devon, Alberta, have earned their well-deserved certifications, demonstrating their dedication and expertise in the field.

Two New CABS Alumni return to Jasper and Banff

Central Alberta Bicycle School (CABS), the hands‑on service training program operated by Circuit Cycle & Sports Inc. in Millet, is pleased to announce two new graduates of the Professional Bicycle Mechanics Program. Chris Stach of The Bench Bike Shop (Jasper) and Todd Hewitt, restaurateur from Banff, have successfully earned certificates in the CABS Bicycle Assembly & Maintenance (BAM) and Wheel Building and Truing (WBT). Both students completed the intensive three‑week program and join the growing alumni of CABS-trained technicians.
